“It is a joy to be hidden and disaster not to be found.”

Sometimes being a human can feel messy and complex. It can be overwhelming to sift through all the chaos and unknowns. Maybe on the surface all feels well, but it’s hard to get at the core of what’s feeling ‘off’.

There is so much to learn about ourselves through how we relate to ourselves, others and our collective spaces. I believe psychotherapy is an invitation into a deeper relationship with ourselves.

Relational Psychodynamic Therapy

I work primarily through a relational psychodynamic lens. It is my belief that we heal in the context of relationships. The therapeutic relationship offers a unique and exploratory landscape. Together, we will enter a collaborative space where your narrative and expertise of your story will be met with witness, compassion, and curiosity.

We will use the therapeutic relationship to sift through your relationship to yourself, to others and to your collective.

Therapy is a place of bending. Not breaking.

I understand my role as a therapist to be one that is attuned, compassionate, curious, and gently forthright. It’s my intention to facilitate a contained space where you might feel both safe and brave enough to bring the parts of yourself that are deeply human. It is my hope that, through relationship, you may come to know a fuller sense of yourself.
